1. Burst test with 4 times of its design pressure.
2. 100,000 times fatigue test
FRP tanks material:
1. Fiberglass: 8”-16” tanks use 600 tex fiberglass, with strong better pressure coefficient and safety factor.
2. Epoxy: small tanks use NanYa 127E- Chinese largest company, large than 3672 tanks use American DOW Epoxy 383.
3. Harder Germany BYK 502
4. Base: Reinforced PP for small tank base, FRP material for large tank.
5. Opening: 2.5” and 4” engineering plastic threaded tank opening, 6” Aluminium alloy flange opening

1. Above EXW prices are natural/blue color price, other color (black, green) need add 3%. Based on full 40HQs.
2. Carton package, and one 40HQ can load about 65CBM.
3. Production time: 20 working days after payment received for three 40HQs.
4. Payment term: 30% T/T in advance, 70% before delivery from Chengda factory.
5. Warranty: 24 months warranty against industry defects.
